Tsungen The Royal Saiyan Knight: Stratus Saiyan

Stratus saiyan is similar to SSJ4 however the power boost is quarter that of a Super Saiyan 4. Tsungen is granted the power to control water and ice around him to a low extent but can slow enemies down by slowly freezing the blood within them. His skin turns a very color drained pale shade and He gains a dark blue fur coating. Tsungen is the only Saiyan who can use this form.
