I wrote two short stories

...that happened three days ago. You left it untouched after she told you she had enough. She told you she was sick of being forgotten and treated like she was worth nothing. She was sick of the tears you put upon her and the hurt you made her feel.

She left after you told her you she would be better off with someone else after the 78th time in 4 days. She ignored you when you told her you were going to end it for the 35th time in 2 days. You would make her be afraid to tell her how you made her felt by saying you were ending your life...but not this time. She left with a tear-stricken face...but you noticed something unusual.

She left with a small smile...A smile of relief.

She left knowing you wouldn't be able to hurt her, or make her cry. She left knowing she wouldn't have to be ignored, or even be scolded over her feelings for you. She left without the fear of being accused of cheating. She left knowing she could smile...because you weren't there.

You continue to lay in that bed, wishing you were a better man.

Maybe you should have listened to her when she told you she loved you...all those times...because at that very moment, that Better man is treating her how she should be treated...and she truly feels Loved.

The point of this short story is to show people who treat their loved ones or loved one that they ones they say they love wont always be there. No matter what you think, there will be times you need to change for the better, and not be ignorant to the thought until its too late. Treat the ones you love right and show them you love them.

Time is an unusual concept. Does it flow? Does it move? How does it advance? Does it go back? Why ask these questions...? Time allows it. Time allows us to make decisions, Time allows us to live and learn, Time allows us to meet and love, Time allows us to become great. Time shows us there are legends out there. Time has shown us dark moments and good. Time has made heroes and villains alike. Time however hasn't shown any signs of stopping. Don't let it go to waste. Use time to your advantage. Stamp your name into history so time will remember who you are. Use the time you have to its fullest, and make the time of others worth it too. Some have a lot of time, some don't. But...the way you use it will impact how your life and others will be lived. Only when you use it in the right way, that is when you will know just how mysterious the power of time can be...and how Magical it really is.
