Big update everyone. I contacted Frank's father via Facebook and ever since, Frank has been offline. I want to thank you all for the support and help.

Frank has most likely had his Internet privileges removed by his father.

I hope I was able to help at least some people by doing this. ^^

TruthWell I kinda expected something like this. But not totally. For the last several months I been watching a seriously disturbed troll named Frank Limon who has multiple accounts and wrongdoings

He has committed numerous heinous acts across DA. Now he's framing me
So now, is this really me? Or a desperate troll who misleds and abuses people for his own selfish gain?

We need to talk. I know this is an old topic...but it needs to end and we need to put this to rest in full.

Lets get one thing clear, I'm not trying to be a hero or some "White knight" ...I'm doing this for the safety of everyone on the site. For you. Not for me.

This is for the dA community and a certain someone within the community. We have a problem on deviantart that people are going to call Drama. What this problem is, is not Drama or Fighting. This is something much more important. This is about a person on this website who is using his accounts (Over 50+) and growing, to sexually interact with under-aged females on this art website. Art. Not Sexual Conversations.

Frank has gone beyond breaking dA's guidelines may I Remind You. Frank does this on Other Social Media Sites as well. This is why it has to be reported to actual forces of law and why I am giving out such a heavy handed suggestion in the first place, which is something I never do.

We are talking about a person who goes by the name of Frank Limon. A deviantart user who has Forced himself onto under aged girls, Scared them off of dA due to Him constantly harassing them, and even scaring people so bad to the point where they considered suicide just to make it go away. My sister almost followed suit on the suicide option because he didn't take no for an answer.

This is another example of Frank pushing himself on others and basically telling everyone to shut their mouths if they tell the truth.

Frank Limon has had a very unsettling history on deviantart and given himself a bad name in the process. However that bad name fits him. He's sexually role-played with underaged girls and forced his love upon them even if they didnt want to be loved by him. I should also mention the fact that he will be with more than one girl at once if he is able. 

This is a "Love letter" he made to a very recent girl he scared off of the website.

Please. By my advice and my officer friend's advice, Gather all of the evidence, Print it out, Organize it, Lastly go to your local police station and ask for someone to talk to about the situation and that its very serious. This way you can talk with the right person so they can help stop Frank from targeting under aged girls on the site and even damaging them mentally. 
Sometimes the dA staff need help too. And this is a way we can help dA and our fellow artists from being harassed from Frank and possibly hurt from him.

My personal message to frank however...

Frank. You want to be the king of the internet. You want to have every girl to bow down to you because you think you can rule over them. You want to get in their pants just because you want to. You go after underaged girls that are gullible enough to sadly fall for your disturbing intentions. You are going to be stopped weather you like it or not. I noticed you blocked me as well...It only goes to show that chickens only run from their problems and dont face them. And by calling me a liar...well...lets just say your bad deeds are the only thing credible. Honestly I dont even think Frank Limon is your real name. If it is...I'm sorry your parents have to live knowing they have to care for a burden like you.

Lastly...Don't blame your victims for your crimes.

However I would like to say to Hialy: No. I am not a fake brother and my sister does not have mental problems and its wrong of you to claim that. That is a very disrespectful thing to say about her especially since she was one of Frank's victims herself. Do not assume someone has "issues" due to them being upset with you. You have lost my respect and wont earn it back. That is all.
Finally. I would like to say, Thank you for shoving mine and Niko's attempt to help you stay away from Frank back in our faces like it was trash. I appreciate how good intentions get turned into useless actions. its sad really. As I said before dont say I didnt warn you.

Manic Depression isnt a mental problem. Just wanted to make sure you had a bit of actual empathy but it seems not. And don't say Frank is being bullied because he has a mental disability. Because he dosent and even if he did thats not an excuse. And just because he's 17 it dosent mean he cant be sent to jail.
